Driving in the Twin Cities while the Vikings are playing means less traffic. My car thermometer registered as high as 92 on the trip. It will be interesting to hear report of the moisture content of corn. Beans may possibly be too dry. My unscientific observation of harvest as I drove led me to think that a higher percentage of corn was harvested than soybeans. The good rains received in The Cities over the weekend didn't extend to The Little House.
Retired folks such as I often struggle to know the day of the week because we lack structure. When I open my phone or computer it gives me the time, day and date. Now, to remember to focus on that. Months roll by so quickly it's hard to comprehend. It's not made any easier when the weather on the first of October is what one would expect in August.
Takk for alt,
Al
