It's my first big regret of my trip. Last night I was out enjoying the warm evening. There was a woman with a crippled leg and a child, perhaps a year and a half old, who were obviously living on the street. I watched her go into a Seven-Eleven Store (there's a Seven-Eleven on almost every block) and come out again. She walked near me after she left the store, she wasn't begging but I deeply regret not giving her some money. What would have been a pittance to me would have eased a few days on the street for her. An opportunity missed and I'm sorry.
Tomorrow I return to school. I'm really looking forward to it but a couple nights in bed have been good for what ailed me. How old is too old to sleep on a floor? :)
