Don't Try This At Home!

   What do South Dakota and Thailand have in common?  Both have 80 mph speed limits and if you drive that speed much of the traffic will pass you.  In our car traveling to and from Pattaya was Poe's 7 month old son and no car seat!  American safety standards are now so much a part of my life I was on pins and needles (there's a figure of speech Noble 6th graders ☺) until we arrived safely.  Here in Thailand there's an underlying  belief in fate, i.e., whatever is going to happen will happen which undermines safety standards.
